HOLE #1
(Par 4 - 385 Yds)
Welcome to Hobson’s Choice, a situation where you have no other option but to place your ball in the center of the fairway, between two imminent dangers.
HOLE #2
(Par 4 - 438 Yds)
This long par 4 dogleg right puts most golfers on the horns of a dilemma - how to place the ball between two large bunkers in the middle of the fairway? The next catch is at the right side of the green where a huge bunker and vast lake await the ‘kill’!
HOLE #3
(Par 5 - 495 Yds)
This short par-5, named after a sea cucumber-shaped lake that comes into play during the approach, is a risk-reward hole offering two approaches to the green – a long carry over the Sea Cucumber for the courageous and a safe detour for the less confident.
HOLE #4
(Par 3 - 234 Yds)
The longest of all par-3s, this hole has a large lake on the left running laterally from the tees to the green—the area where the green sits and the curved fairway at the front resemble an elephant’s head. The key is hitting it dead-straight!
HOLE #5
(Par 4 - 416 Yds)
This dogleg left has troubles spread out everywhere – a mammoth lake on the left of the landing area, a small lake on the right and a sand trap in between. Those who successfully clear the Triple Trouble will be happy to find the green ‘welcoming’.
HOLE #6
(Par 4 - 418 Yds)
A birdie or even an eagle is possible on this dogleg left if the ball is placed on the small cape to the extreme left of the fairway. For high-handicappers, birdying the hole is like hitting the bull’s eye!
HOLE #7
(Par 4 - 451 Yds)
This par-4 offers an excellent approach for the perfect pin-seekers, with a generously wide fairway virtually free of trouble. For marathon hitters, the odds of ‘sighting’ an eagle on the nest-shaped green are great!
HOLE #8
(Par 3 - 151 Yds)
The queen of all holes at Lakewood Links, this par-3 features an island green that’s shaped precisely like a crab. Be aware of this notorious Crab, lest a careless shot can send your ball to swim with the crab!
HOLE #9
(Par 5 - 611 Yds)
This long, narrow ‘Perilous Pass’ is full of perils – some visible, some hidden! Golfers face a constant threat from the massive lake on the right that runs laterally, all the way from the tees to the green. The two-tier green slopes upward from the front.
HOLE #10
(Par 4 - 441 Yds)

(Par 3 - 208 Yds)
What looks like an easy par 3 can certainly catch you out as the wind swirls around the green, making precision the key. For the high-handicappers, birdying the hole is like hitting the bull’s eye!

(Par 5 - 641 Yds)
The longest of all par-5s, this dogleg right augurs a tedious journey marked by all kinds of troubles. Your second shot is the key that hints whether you can make or break it!
HOLE #13
(Par 4 - 385 Yds)
This very slight dogleg left is one of the shortest of all par-4s, featuring a huge but well-guarded green. With two lakes, one very large, and two big bunkers on the left of the fairway, this risk-reward hole puts your swing skills to the litmus test!
HOLE #14
(Par 4 - 434 Yds)
Danger lurks at quite a few places on this hole. There’s a mammoth bunker where the ball lands off the tee, water on the right of the fairway and four bunkers protecting the large, undulating green. The green is heavily guarded on the right.
HOLE #15
(Par 4 - 448 Yds)
This dogleg right has troubles lurking everywhere – fairway bunkers guard the errant long shots, whilst a closely guarded green faces you with a tee shot that will require absolute focus and steady nerve.
HOLE #16
(Par 3 - 151 Yds)
Ultimate focus is required here, as if you’re not careful, the Starfish lies in wait to swallow up your ball. You’ll always be happy with a par here!
HOLE #17
(Par 4 - 412 Yds)
This is a straightforward par-4 offering a great chance to cover up the ‘loss’ incurred on previous holes. Hit it straight past the lake on the left and the two bunkers in the front. Lo and behold…You are in for a ‘walk by the lake’!
HOLE #18
(Par 4 - 383 Yds)
This finishing dogleg right is another short par 4, bringing in a last chance to improve your score. As you tee up your ball, be wise to select your way between two choices – a safer but longer roundabout and a shortcut across a small stretch of water.
